Before Your Session
Prepare your body to restore, rebalance, and renew.
Is it all at once?
It can be! Your first session we will orient you to our sauna suite and you can choose
which combination you will like to experience.
What is infrared sauna therapy?
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, an infrared sauna uses light
waves to gently warm your body from within. This deep, penetrating heat promotes
detoxification, relaxation, and muscle recovery—without the overwhelming humidity of
conventional saunas.
What is halotherapy?
Have you heard of a salt room? This is the same thing only you can consider it a salt
booth where you receive all the benefits in a shorter time frame! Micronized particles of
pharmaceutical grade salt are dispersed in the air. This then contacts the skin and is
inhaled into the respiratory system. This helps to support respiratory health, clear
mucus, and reduce inflammation which in turn can help with many acute and chronic
respiratory and dermatological conditions.
What does red light therapy do?
Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate
the mitochondria and cellular energy (ATP) production. This process penetrates deeper
than infrared heat waves can and helps support skin health, reduce inflammation,
improve circulation, and enhance tissue repair—essentially giving your cells the energy
to heal and thrive.
What about chromotherapy and aromatherapy?
The medical grade chromotherapy has 12 different colors that provide different benefits.
You will have a remote to control this during your session. You can use the automatic
program or use the reference sheet you have in the sauna with you to choose what you
would like to focus on. For aromatherapy we recommend the use of our respiratory
blend to help relax and open your airways for maximum benefit!

What is the Vibration Plate?
The Vibration (or Vibe) Plate uses whole-body vibration technology to help to activate
muscles, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow. It’s an excellent way enhance
detoxification and recovery after your sauna session.
How should I prepare for my session?
Hydrate well before and after your session. It is recommended to wear light, breathable
clothing—or enjoy the session privately in minimal to no clothing for optimal results!
How long is a session?
Sauna sessions typically last 45 minutes followed by a 10 minute session on the Vibe
plate. You’ll begin feeling comfortably warm within minutes as your core temperature
gradually rises.
During Your Session
Let heat, light, and vibration work together to restore balance.
What does it feel like?
The infrared warmth feels soothing and gentle—similar to basking in the sun, without
the UV rays. Many clients describe a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Some say they
can taste the salt from the halotherapy, while others do not.
Will I sweat a lot?
Most people do! Sweating is one of the body’s natural detox pathways, helping to
release stored toxins and reduce inflammation. It is one of the best ways to detox from
microplastics!
Can I bring water inside?
Yes—hydration is key. We encourage you to sip water during your session to support
detoxification and comfort. We recommend avoiding glass and metal water bottles as
they may become very hot if they are close to the infrared panels.
After Your Session
Cool down, cleanse, and carry the calm with you.
How will I feel afterward?
You’ll likely feel refreshed, relaxed, and light—sometimes even euphoric. Many notice
clearer skin, improved mood, and reduced muscle or joint tension.
What should I do after my session?
Hydrate well, shower if desired, and give your body a chance to rest. A gentle walk, light

stretching, or float session pairs beautifully with sauna therapy. You may also use our
vanity room that provides items to help you prepare to head into the rest of your day.
How often should I use the sauna and red light?
For general wellness, 2–4 sessions per month are beneficial. Athletes or those with
chronic pain may enjoy even more frequent use. Consistency is key for cumulative
benefits.
Can it help with detox or weight loss?
Infrared therapy can help support detoxification through sweat and improve metabolism
by raising core temperature, but it’s best viewed as part of a balanced wellness
routine—not a standalone weight-loss method.
