Krystina began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for patients at their most critical moments. Driven by a desire to help people prevent illness rather than recover from it, she transitioned into primary care and has spent the better part of the past decade serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a conventional medical setting. Her passion for educating and empowering individuals through holistic wellness, providing resources and opportunities within the community, and her Hawaiian heritage inspired the creation of Aloha Float and Wellness in 2022 - a space that radiates the Spirit of Aloha and enhances wellness at every level.
AromaTouch
AromaTouch is a gentle, non-invasive session for relaxation and stress reduction that focuses on doTERRA's AromaTouch Technique. This technique utilizes special movements with the application of Balance, Lavender, Tea Tree (Melaleuca), On Guard, AromaTouch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange, and Peppermint essential oils along the spine, ears and feet to stimulate meridian points and energy zones in the body. With AromaTouch you will lie facedown on a massage table after removing socks and shoes as well as clothing on top half of body. A light application of oils and touch in rhythmic movements will energize your body while grounding your energy system and restoring balance.
Wellness Wayfinding
Take a dive deep into your health and wellness to find the clarity you seek. You will discuss patterns and insights, contributing factors, and more. You will be provided with educational guidance that blends clinical experience with holistic wellness perspectives as well as recommendations for your next steps forward along with reflection prompts.
Aloha Consultation
This Nurse Practitioner-guided session goes beyond the general wellness advice available online to provide personalized education, service sequencing, safety considerations, and clear plan options tailored to your health and wellness goals. The session fee is fixed as it reflects the professional expertise and dedicated time involved, however, all plan options are fully individualized and pricing varies accordingly.
