addition, for your convenience, there is a vanity room with a blow dryer and toiletries

Float Therapy
Effortlessly suspended in 10 inches of water and 1,000 lbs of epsom salt, where the temperature of the air and water match the temperature of your skin, it is impossible to tell where the water ends and the air begins - as if gravity does not exist and you are floating in space.
Physically you feel your spine and joints decompressing and your muscles relaxing as the epsom salt helps to decrease inflammation, improve circulation, detoxify, and strengthen your immune system. Mentally your nervous system calms, helping to lower cortisol and regulate hormones, while any stress, anxieties, or frustrations melt away. Spiritually, floating can enhance meditation and help you connect deeper than ever before.
Float Therapy or Floating is also known as Sensory Deprivation Therapy. Each room is fully capable of full sensory deprivation - no lights, no sound, and no physical sensation - or with soft lighting and soothing music. Here at Aloha you are in control of your experience throughout your session with soft touch buttons located right in the comfort of your tank!
Claustrophobic? No problem! Though our two cabin rooms are quite spacious, we also have an open float room where there are no walls or ceiling to your tank. All tanks are located within a private float suite complete with a shower and toiletries. See our float page (or click below) to learn more!
5-in-1 Infrared Sauna
Our 5-in-1 HaloIR Infrared Sauna offers Infrared Therapy, Halotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Chromotherapy, and Aromatherapy all in one 45-minute session - or any personalized combination. Your session also includes a 10 minute Vibration Plate session which is located right next to the sauna in your private suite! These sessions can help to relieve tension, stiffness, and pain in your muscles and joints, detoxify (plastics, metals, impurities, chemicals, etc.), strengthen the immune system, promote circulation and cardiovascular health, improve respiratory conditions, promote weight loss, improve skin, reduce stress and fatigue, boost your lymphatic system, and more!
IonCleanse Ionic Foot Detoxes
Ionic Foot Detoxes are one of the fastest ways to detox chemicals and toxins from the body because we have approximately 125,000 sweat glands on the soles of each foot! Within 20 minutes, your foot bowl water will go from clear to murky and you can see what just purged from your body. All of this is then followed by a 10-minute aromatherapy foot soak.
